I just received a $350.00 quote for hair/makeup. Details below. Is this too much?
– 2 Hour Hair/Makeup consultation including airbrush makeup and false eyelashes
-On site hair/makeup including airbrush makeup and false eyelashes
-Makeup touch up bag
-Services completed by a makeup artist and a hairstylist

I think it depends on where you live.. My quote was $250 for hair and makeup.. It included a trial run as well..also she would go on site day of wedding to where ever I am getting ready..IMO $350 would be a little to much for me

I live near London, UK, and am paying £350 (525 USD), for hair and make-up on the day plus a trial. So to me, that sounds good, but it depends where you live, who you’re getting, etc.

It definitely depends on where you live. That’s a pretty average price for Where I live though(Atlanta). I’d say keep looking. I was able to find someone to do airbrush makeup and hair on site for $250. If you live in a large city, try looking for someone in the suburbs. They are often cheaper.

Given that it includes two people and the trial, I think it’s a bit on the high side of fair. You can find cheaper, but you’re not being ripped off.

My make up is free and my hair is less than $100! If you have a make up consultant from Mary Kay anywhere near you, they will do wedding day make up for free as long as you buy a product from them! I bought a lipgloss and eye team for like $20 and I’m getting free make up! My hair stylist usually charges between $150 and $300 depending on what I want and what hair treatments I get, but she’s giving me a deal for the wedding. Are you using your regular hair stylist?

That’s a bit less than what I paid in DC…so I think it’s a good deal, but like others have said, it depends on where you live.
