I have never seen one in a ring before.
I have never seen one in a ring before.
I don’t have one, but I have seen them. Unless it was for earrings, I would go a lab diamond instead. Many of the CE ones do have a warranty, but it is just something I would not want to have to worry about for a ring.
I agree with the previous poster! I wouldn’t even consider going with fracture filled clarity enhanced diamonds for a ring. Now studs or a pendant, maybe. Laser drilled diamonds are a different story and are considered to be a permanent enhancement, this is why reputable labs are willing to grade them and not fracture filled diamonds. When it comes to fracture filled, I just wouldn’t want to worry about the enhancement coming out, and they typically are i1-i3 clarity diamonds before the enhancement so that’s pretty bad. Not to mention only certain diamonds can be clarity enhanced, meaning that they have to have surface fractures to be able to fill them. So they’d be more likely to break. I think lab created diamonds or moissanite would be a better option for a Forever ring. I do understand why some people would chose to go with clarity enhanced diamonds, they are priced much lower than lab diamonds and earth mined diamonds. Plus they want to feel mind clean knowing that they have a diamond. So I get it!
What is clarity enhancing?
That salt and pepper ring is amazing. I don’t remember who has it either.
That salt & pepper ring!!! She posted it on the colored diamond thread.
Is it too forward to think you bees were talking about my salt-and-pepper beauty? if not, then here’s my ring anyway 😉
