I also have mild asthma. And I’m planning on repeating some weeks if I find the next week too hard.

@indibee: Yay good luck! Have you done any running before? I’ve done week 1 of C25K about 4 times, week 2 twice, and week 3 never, lol. Hopefully having buddies online will help me get through the whole program.

@Roux: Are we the same person? Lol. I’m a week 1 champ…and then I bail. So on my off days I’m listening to a hip-hop podcast for C25K but just walking/walking a little faster instead of running, just to keep me out there and going.

See you in week 2 this time? 🙂

I did W1D1 last night. I am so out of shape, hah! I hope I can do this but I have knee and ankle problems and I have never been able to run more than a mile without having to stop to rest my knee. I am hoping this will help me build them up stronger.

Btw- My motivator is that we are doing epics in a month and I really want to fit in my “skinny” jeans for them. They are a size or two too small right now. And also, I have nine and a half months until the wedding and want to tone up/slim down before then. I plan on alternating workout DVDs like pilates and Jillian Michaels with the C25K.

@Shiner: My epics are my motivation as well! 9/9 is coming QUICK! 

I did W1D1 yesterday…in 87 degree heat (idiot) and I was exhausted! I made it 2.2 miles though, woohoo! Then I jumped into a cool shower to cool my body back down. I’m holding off on 30 Day Shred until I get my tuchus into a bit better shape. Yesterday kicked my behind!

@morkiemama: Maybe for each week you do the program successfuly, you buy a new fitness app or a song to walk to?

I’m not sure if you’re using an app to run or just timing, but you can always make a ‘bonus play list’ and each week you can add a song, which also has you walking about 3-5 minutes longer every week with each song you add 🙂

I’m LOVING the 200 sit ups app and the 100 push ups app. I’m a weakling, so those $1.99 apps on my iTouch were a GREAT treat.
