well… you can’t target fat loss, so diet and fat burning exercise.  try cutting all carbs and sugar and booze and doing the crunch fat burning abs workout.  you can stream it on netflix.

My boss lost a ton with SlimGenics, and kept it off.  IS always doing juice fasts when the weight creeps up again, so I am trying my own version with whole fruits, veggies and one chicken breast at dinner.  Bit extreme, but it worked for her, she looks great (not just saying that cuz’ she’s my boss, lol) so I’m going to be a total copycat

Its all about a healthy lifestyle. A balanced diet, excersise every day, cut out the liquor, and refined sugars. Also, tighten up the midsection, so it appears smaller, by doing ab workouts.

Like the ladies said,  you can’t spot reduce. Balanced diet and exercise is the best way to do it. Your most fat blasting cardio workouts are going to be spin (stationary inside bike ride) or running. Good luck!!!

One of the benefits of the South Beach diet is that you tend to lose belly fat first.  It’s been working well for me!

I put my wieght on right around my middle too. The things I have done with the best results are mostly diet changes. Keeping track of what I eat (livestrong.com) and staying at my calorie limit.

Running has been the best cardio for me, but in the past I have done just about every video there is. The Biggest Loser videos are good.

I’m doing the GameOn! Diet which is based onthe principles of Body For Life – I find that the water component as well as the small meals spaced out every 4 hours is really helpful at getting rid of belly bloat!
