I can’t believe it’s been over 8 months! My tiny little loaf of a baby is 8 months old now, and not so much a loaf anymore! She’s in the 90th percentile for everything but head size, and wearing 12-18 month clothes regularly. It makes sense as my husband and I are both tall, but jeez girly, slow down!
She loves to clap her hands and sits up on her own. She gets around by either pulling herself with her arms, or rolling. Crawling isn’t really her thing yet, if she plans on doing it at all.
Her bottom two teeth grew all the way in at 4 months, and shes cutting her top two teeth. Her favorite food is sweet potatoes.
She’s just got the sweetest personality and loves to laugh and smile. She loves to be read to and claps her hands when we get a book from the bookcase.

She sounds and looks adorable! It sounds as though you’re really enjoying your not-so-little loaf. I don’t have a little one of my own but I love hearing other’s happiness 🙂

howdoyoudo: I really do enjoy her, but it hasn’t been easy! I had a terrible case of PPD, but was lucky enough to have support and help from others and it’s gotten better as she’s gotten older.

I’m glad you’ve got support for that. Must be horrible going through it. I don’t have a baby but I just wanted to post to say she’s a total darling (and she’s making me broody!)

Adorable!!!! Those eyes are to die for! She sounds like such a lovely little baby 🙂
i have a 6 month old little guy and he’s a tall baby as well. His weight is average but height is 98%! It’s funny because neither my husband or myself are very tall at all. He just started crawling two days ago…I’m so not ready for that!!!!
I can really relate to you because I too had PPD and recently stopped my meds. It’s been so much better these past couple months. Seeing that smile every morning makes my heart melt!!

My baby is due in 3 months, and I just can’t frickin’ wait to smooch her sweet face! (Except I CAN wait, lol, stay put, peanut.)

Hello! I love this thread! Every once in a while it’s fun to brag about your little with people! Your sweet girl is adorable! I’m glad to hear that mine isn’t the only one who is in 12 month clothes at such an early age!
Here’s my princess:
This is Ella. Shes 7 months now! She’s wearing 12 month clothes now and is crawling around the house like a crazy woman! She also just started to pull herself up on the furniture and is super close to standing on her own! She’s going to be walking in the next couple of months! I know it! She doesn’t have any teeth yet (this breastfeeding momma is thankful for that!)! She loves her Sophie th Giraffe and a stuffed reindeer. 😊
