I think 3500 is a decent price for a ceremony like that. But do you like the pictures of other ceremonies that have been performed? I would fear that it would be a little too cookie-cutter Las Vegas style for me. Also, it doesn’t mention if your dress is an included cost?

Also, you mentioned having a “bigger wedding” down the road. I don’t think this is usually done. Having a “second wedding.” There are vow renewal ceremonies, but calling it a second wedding is just not the correct wording in my opinion. If you do the bigger ceremony later on, be sure to consider not calling it a wedding.

Honestly, that’s not a great price for all that.  The planner isn’t needed for such a small event, how many people would that be?

That price seems really high to me. I think you could get a much better price if you researched each element individually. if I add up the costs of my ceremony (including 1/2 of the photographer and venue costs, though the ceremony was definitely less than 1/2 the time I paid for) it cost about $1600. I was lucky and didnt have to pay for music or an officiant as we had friends and family volunteer to do both, but $3500 still seems excessive to me.
