Don’t feel like telling the whole story as it it way to sad, but Kays had my ring 6 times (3 to 4 weeks a pop) out of 12 months! My new hubby is so upset, he closed his account with them. Now I want to upgrade my center stone to a bit over a carat, but if we go to another store and have the stone upgarded, it will void the warranty. What do we do?

If you’ve had that many problems with it, I wouldn’t! I would complain to one of their management teams and tell them at this point because of all of the difficulties you would just like a full refund on the purchase price and to return the ring…then use that towards something new and what you want.

@Yammi1: I agree with orchidblooms. Go to management, if they won’t do anything with the local management go over their head. I worked in retail for years and if you are calm and explain that you have had it with all the issues from them and just want a refund they might just do it.

I would definitely see if you can return it!
If you can’t, I’d sell it and get a whole new ring somewhere else!

Thanks Guys!!! Been arguing with them for about a year already. My husband closed his account and they did not care they said “go ahead and close the account”. They closed it and sent us a letter saying that we close the account on our own. They did not make any attempt to save us customers.I do not feel they deserve any more money out of us I am done with them!
