Hey everyone! I was just wondering if any of you bees were familiar with Kayla itsines or her workout plan thingy. Im a little confused about the weekly resistance training. I understand week 1 you need 2-3 resistance workouts consisting of 2 circuits.. but she mentions 4 exercises at 7 mins continuation.. But the first day said week 1 (monday) and has 4 exercises per circuit… so do we do 2 of each? 1 of each and 1 of each from the next page? confused :-/

Each resistance day has 2 circuits.
Each circuit has 4 exercises.
You are to complete one set of the 4 exercises in a row. This should take you 7 minutes. Take a short break, then repeat the 4 exercises again.
Then move on to the right side of the page for circuit 2. Same deal, go through the 4 exercises. It’s should take 7 mins. Then, repeat the 4 exercises again.
