Keeleys made a delicious cake for my bridal shower. I called on Sunday to set up a wedding cake consultation with Todd and was told by an employee that I would get a call back. Sunday came and went with no call. I called on Monday to make sure they had my message and was told to expect a call on Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no phone call. I called again Thursday morning, left another message with an employee and was told that I would get a call back that day. Nope, didn’t happen. Only after I gave them a poor review on facebook did I get a call back. The message on my phone (from someone other than Todd) said that they had written my number down incorrectly; what Todd posted on facebook said that I had never set up my voicemail box. Funny that Todd has no problem blaming me for this online, but still didn’t have the decency to actually CALL ME; he had another employee do it. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? So apparently, it is perfectly acceptable business behavior to blame the customer when you are in the wrong. It doesn’t matter how good the cakes are, the customer service is awful and I would never recommend them to anyone for anything!
