It’s kind of a case of trial and error because every card is different. We’re considering using CopyDex because it’s a pretty good, tough but flexible glue. But you really have to let it dry before putting anything into the pocket.

I’m using a glue stick that i got from michaels….its for this type of project..just go there and have them direct you to the row of gluesticks…there are all different brands…just pick one…you can also use the glue roll…they also carry that.

I used a glue dot runner.  It was inexpensive (and so we’re the refills).  I should have bought more, because I ran out half way through making my invitations.  After that I used scotch double sided tape.  It worked really well too!  I found the glue dot runner at Hobby Lobby, in the scrapbooking section.  I hope that helps.

Scotch double sided tape, it comes in a dispenser just like regular scotch tape

I saw the one I sent to my parents and it looked great.  It stayed together just fine.  I had two cards (the invitation & an rsvp/accomodations card).  I hope that helps.

We are doing the 3 cards you listed in our non-gusited style ones but we tested with 4 and it worked out great.

If you’re gluing, it might be helpful to press them shut with close pins or a heavy book edge or something until the glue dries too, but I’ve also had experience with Glue Dots and would HIGHLY recommend them!
