i have some issues on keeping my bridesmaids warm!
any tips on finding something nice, fashionable, and warm for my bridesmaids at a late fall wedding?
i was thinking of getting them some sort of wrap as their gift. is that thoughtful or tacky? they’re really worried about being warm enough. i didn’t want them to have to pay for one more thing. but also how do i tell them not to buy a wrap?!
anyway, i’m toying with the idea of pashminas or dressy cardigans. any tips on where to find these affordably? i was hoping to keep it affordable.

What’s your definition of affordable? How many do you need? Color?

You can make them knit shrugs yourself….half a yard per.

I love the idea of a cute cardigan that they can wear again. And you can get them anywhere (hello, Old Navy) so can be very affordable. I’m planning on getting my girls legwarmers as part of their gift. All their dresses are different so tough to buy a wrap or cardi that’s cute, and who wouldn’t love having a comfy pair of legwarmers to cuddle up in? (plus I think the pictures will be cute, but I’m not going to force them to wear them if they don’t want to.) What do their dresses look like and maybe we can be more specific? Are you talking warm for the ceremony, or just warm for walking around in if it’s chilly?

warm for ceremony (will be out of doors; reception is indoors) rustic elegant wedding.
color charcoal grey
affordable…$30? is that do-able?
i was worried pashminas might not be warm enough.
but i’m also worried how the cardies will look on all the girls (diff body shapes)
oh dear. just not sure what to do!
maybe i have to tell them and make sure they like it!
i’d need 3…unless i wear the same one. then 4. ha ha!
