I posted earlier about my pizza wedding. I did a trial run. I was able to prep pizza ahead of time and freeze and produce a tasty fresh pizza with crispy base. However I was unable to keep it hot long enough to serve to guests as I had to cook more to serve all at the same time. Im looking for advice to keep pizza warm until i serve to guests. I want to serve the pizza flavours 2 at a time (4 savoury & 2 sweet) but only 15 minutes apart to give the others time in the pizza oven. The pizzas in the oven take about 2 minutes and I can get 5 large ones in at a time. I have 200 guests and expect the guests to eat around half a savoury pizza and 1/4 a sweet pizza. But a variety of flavours.

pizza flavour 3 & 4 – 15 mins later
pizza flavor 5 & 6
(please note that the pizza’s are very large and there will be tossed salad and Garlic bread already on the table).
I need advice on how to keep 20 pizzas temporarily hot.
