You can see if you can buy/rent chafing dishes to keep them warm and do it as a buffet. I think that’s your most cost efficient option. Other than that, I would say hire someone to help you out. I’m in the Bay Area as well, and I know I’ve seen plenty of ads on craigslist for hired staff!
