I take mine off to sleep, shower, cook and wash dishes.  I love to look down at it while I’m eating, typing, reading or doing anything really!

@Fallicious1012:  I love how my ring looks at the gym too!  I always wear it there so I can see it sparkle!  I just use the elliptical machine, though–I would leave it at home for lifting weights.  Which I should start doing….

I take mine off quite a bit. I work as an engineer, so it’s not always feasible to wear it to work and if i do wear it i take it (and all my jewelry off as soon as I get home). I have to remind myself to wear it when we go out 🙂

I never take mine off.  I’ve only been ringless when it was getting sized and everyone seemed to notice that I didn’t have a ring on and they were asking if everything is OK between the fiane and I.  My fiance didn’t like that I was without my ring either.  I’m surprised all you guys take yours off so often.

i only wear mine when i go out. it’s a bit fancy to wear every day.

i also have 2 wedding bands, a 4ct semi-bezel eternity band and a plain white gold band.  they both look great with my ering individually or i can just wear the 2 bands together.  i love that i will be able to mix and match my rings for whatever the occasion is or just my mood.

i tried sleeping without my ring on and was forgetting to put it on…so now I only take it off if I am cleaning, cooking certain foods, or if my finger gets swollen which it does every once in a while!!!

I put mine on before I leave my apartment, and I take it off when I get home.  On the weekends if I’m cleaning or cooking, I won’t wear it.  I also won’t wear it to workout.  My best friend wears hers all the time, so I know everyone is different. 🙂

I don’t wear mine around the house. I only wear it if I’m going to work or out of the house, and not to the gym! I don’t wear it around other people’s babies, as it’s a princess cut and I’d hate to think I’d scratch someone’s kid with it!

I only take mine off to wash dishes, shower, and exercise.  I actually never remember to take it off when I sleep! Mostly because right now my nightstand is a stand with no drawers, and my cats think everything is a toy.

Mine are off all the time – I only wear them when I go out somewhere.  Even at work, I take them off and they sit on my desk.  I don’t like typing with them on….

I have mine off more than I have it on. I don’t really like it that way but I work at a daycare. My boss doesn’t mind me wearing it but I accidentaly scratched on of the kids one day because it’s very pointy. I felt really bad about it so I stopped wearing it whenever I work with kids which is very often. Whenever I go out with Fiance I try to wear it but I am so used to not wear it that I often forget it. Right now I am trying to find another band to wear that won’t poke or scrath people.

i take mine off when i shower, when i clean (because a lot of cleaning solvents can weaken the solder), the rare occasion that i work out (lol), and whenever i’m working in the dirt or gardening.  oh, and when i’m cooking if it’s something that’ll get my hands messy, like making burgers from scratch or kneading dough.  otherwise, i never take it off.  i even sleep with it on, which i hear is a bit of a no-no because you could break a prong getting caught in the sheets or whatever.

I only take it off when I wash the dishes, shower, and major cleaning. I only take them off even at those times bc the diamond sits very high, and I keep banging it on things.

I’ve been married 1.5 years now and had my ring well over 2 years. If you asked me last year if I ever took my ring off I would shudder at the thought. But, now I take them off when i’m showering, cooking, cleaning, sleeping and at the gym. Also, sometimes after my shower I forget to put them back on and i’ll go all day without them and I no longer feel weird. I do feel weird in that, people may not know i’m married, but I don’t have that “naked” feeling on my finger. It’s all good. I looooove my rings very much, so don’t get me wrong, but they aren’t as important anymore…eekk (again last year I woulda neeeever said this!)

I only take it off to put on hand lotion or something, right after that it goes right back on my finger.  I’m partially scared of losing it I guess. But I wear it in the shower, sleeping etc.
