I take mine off when I am showering, cleaning or getting my hands dirty. I have two old tealight holders from Ikea that I found at a thrift shop for 50 cents a piece and I keep one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. I find when I need to take my rings off, those are generally the areas I’m at!
Where I work a lot of the kindergarten teachers and early childhood educators wear a CZ ring to work or none at all because it can get just filthy with playdough, paint and dirt.

Before we got married, I would only take my e-ring off to put lotion on, occasionally while doing dishes, wash my hair (once or twice a week), or do anything that could really damage it.
Now that I have my wedding band, too (it has 6 diamonds in it), I take them off for the above reasons, but also when I shower AT ALL (not just washing my hair), and I always take them off when I do the dishes..

Mine’s a higher setting, and it’s just a tad too big, so it goes on right before I leave the house, and comes off shortly after I come home. If I’m having a lazy day and not doing any cleaning, I’ll put it on while around the house just b/c I like looking at it all the time, but otherwise I leave it off where it’s safe in the box.

I have mine on about the same amount of time. I put them on after I get ready to leave the house and I take them off after coming home or getting ready for bed. I’m not really one who is comfortable wearing a lot of jewelry and when I am home chilling out I don’t see any reason to keep them on.

I only wear it when I’m going out. Don’t wear it for work, I’m a nurse and I’m always scared I’ll lose it working with my hands or taking gloves on and off. Plus I work evening shift (3-11pm) in a pretty shady neighborhood, so less bling the better :/

I take mine off to shower and I only wear my wedding band when horseback riding (e-ring and other band stay home).
I also take them off when working with raw meat or chopping onions/kneading dough. Otherwise, they are on ALL the time.

I never take my ring off, i deliberately got it made half a size smaller than recommended so that I can just have it on and forget about it. I love having it on all the time, I wear it showering, sleeping, cooking and washing dinner
I would feel naked without it now, even though it has only been on for a few weeks…

When engaged, my ering never came off my finger for fear of losing it, but since getting married & having it replated I usually take my set off to shower and clean the house.

Well, I´m legally married, but we´re not wearing our wedding bands yet, because we´re not married by church yet (and that´s when we catholics exchange rings) but I don´t think I´ll have to take my wedding band off at all when I finally get to wear it. At least not at most times.. I mean, we chose yellow plain bands for that very reason! lol.. no diamonds to fall, no need to “re-dip” if it scratchs, etc..
However my e-ring I do take off a lot of times.. Right now I´m not wearing it. I´m at work, and I find it unnecesary to use it here; I have to put my hands in and out drawers and gavinets way too many times, and I usually hit my ring against them. So I´ve decided I better don´t wear it to work..

I wear my rings all day at work and out running errands which is about 75% of my life lol, but I do not wear them to bed or while doing chores or to the gym.

I take my engagement ring off when I’m in the shower and sometimes in bed, as I can catch it on things and don’t want to damage it (my husband gets scratched regularly
) but my wedding ring stays on all the time. If my hands get hot or I’m washing up, both do come off.

I take mine off as soon as I get home, and I put them on as soon as I leave the house. They are ALWAYS in the same exact location, so no fear of losing.

I take mine off for heavy cleaning, showering and sleeping. I’m like ridiculously allergic to a lot of metals so I’m always afraid it will suddenly start bothering me (knock on wood). It’s platinum so it shouldn’t, but I still worry!

I take mine off once I get home and sometimes forget to put it back on for errands.
I am looking forward to having a wedding band, I will def. wear that more than the ering. I am so afraid of hurting it.
