I have a question for you, and I want complete honesty. I am really into the Kenneth Pool Degas. I mean, after looking at truck loads of dresses, this is the one that I always go back to. What kind of body type do you feel would do best in this dress? I know that the majority of you will probably say I need to try it on to make sure that it suits me, but the only bad part about it is I live in practically the middle of nowhere. It would be conceivable after I give birth (I am due in September) and I plan on doing some walking and jogging plus dieting after the baby. I already have been doing really good about my diet while being pregnant, and have been drinking lots of water to keep myself hydrated.
But of course we never know what our bodies are going to be like after we are done being pregnant. But back to my question: do you think that a possibly full figured girl, also on the petite side (5’4) could do the dropped waist ballgown. I was reading what styles of silhouettes can flatter body types, and from what I was reading, it says that petite people shouldn’t really wear ballgowns, but according to Kenneth Pool designer Austin Scarlett, a full figured girl can wear the dropped waist. I really want this dress, and am totally in love with it. But do you think that it could work?
Of course I will try it on after I have my baby, but I am just curious to what you all think.
