I have it too.  KP Duty from Dermadoctor really worked well for me.  It’s mostly dried up now.  I make sure to wear sunscreen though so I don’t irritate it.

I use a glycolic acid body lotion from DDF.  It makes my skin so so soft.  I apply it in the evening, after my shower.  I also put sunscreen on in the morning.

I have something similar but it’s not red, just little bumps on the backs of my arms.

I’ve embraced them as part of who I am, and my Fiance doesn’t complain so I just leave em. They aren’t noticable unless you stare or you rub my arms.

@JennyW1: I just looked at the container, and it is 10%.  It also smells really good….

Nothing worked to clear up KP for me until I tried coconut oil. I just bought a big container of organic coconut oil online and started applying it once a day after my shower. It really really helped to clear up my arms and I don’t have to waste more money on expensive creams (that didn’t work for me). Give it a try!

My husband has that too. Is this a concern over how you will look in your dress? I have skin de-pigmentation on my back so my skin looks like its discolored in some places. I was SO worried about this for the wedding and thought that people would notice and that it would show up in the pictures – no one noticed (that I know of) and more importantly it doesnt show up in my pictures! Good luck!

I used to have that when I was younger. Try using a gentle  ex foliating scrub. My Kp cleared up hope yours does too!

I have had decent short term results with St. Ives Apricot Scrub…
