I did (lazy) Keto beginning last April, up until probably December when I fell off the wagon. During those 8sih months I lost 55lbs (I’m 5’6″ – SW 211lbs) and really did notice how much better/clearer I felt! I still eat moderately low carb now, but not healthy-healthy like I was. Other than the weight loss, I also noticed my periods became more “normal.” I also became pregnant so not sure if there’s correlation there, but definitely be extra careful just in case haha.

I’m almost 18 weeks pregnant and will continue eating low carb throughout the pregnancy. So far, I’ve only gained 4lbs since falling off the wagon/becoming pregnant.

Such a bummer that you can’t have cheese! For me, that made everything taste better. I should note that I has more of a lazy keto apprach, so I indulged in the occasion Quest protein chips and ate more carrots than you’re supposed to, but I can assure you that it wasn’t the non-green vegetables that made me unhealthy and overweight!

Just keep tracking and keep trekking, you got this!!

I am keto! Look up fat bomb recipies on pintrest, there are a ton of them! I always have some in my freezer for when I need the extra fat.

I also make sure I have a veggie at every meal (low carb ones, of course) and add either ghee, butter or olive oil to them. That helps more than anything! Good luck! I absolutely love it!
