I love mine! I got it for Christmas and use it all the time. Fiance doesn’t drink coffee so it’s perfect for our household.

I love my Keurig! I’ve been trying all kinds of different styles of k cups and environmentally friendly options. Today alone I made a cup of coffee and two cups of tea 🙂
I didn’t care for the coffee I’ve had from Keurigs. We use a French press at home when we don’t want an entire pot of coffee, and like the results much more.
We have one and love it, but it was a gift from FI’s family. I liked our old coffee machine too. Keurig does a great job of curbing my coffee intake – I used to drink half a pot of regular coffee in the morning alone! TBH, not sure how worthwhile the Keurig is – I don’t think I would buy it if we weren’t gifted one.
I’m curious– what brands are you guys buying where you don’t like the coffee?
Alright I pulled the trigger and ordered one. We will see if like or not.
@Sassygrn: Get it on sale if you get it. I got ours almost 4 years ago and it still works just fine. I have one of those coffee filters/cups for my machine. Its cheaper to buy the big bags of coffee and just fill the cup up with that.
@sherryberry: I have noticed that the coffee is watered down when you use the 10oz selection and that is when I hate the coffee. But at 8oz its perfect and I have no issues.
LOVE my Keurig, my Darling Husband bought it for me for Christmas! We use it every single day, and it’s so easy! We typically buy our K-cups in bulk on Amazon.
@Sassygrn: We’ve had ours just over a year and it still performs like it did when we first got it!
FYI – the Bed, Bath and Beyond coupons are good on Keurig machines and K-Cups! If we don’t have any coupons for BBB, we get our K-cups in bulk at Costco for a decent price!
@Sassygrn: I love mine! My Mother-In-Law gave me one a few years ago as a gift. It lasted me a little over a year, and I’ll be honest and say that I didn’t use filtered water (just tap water) and didn’t descale it. I called them, and they sent me a new one – I just had to mail back the kcup holder part. I’ve had the new one for 2 years and no problems yet.
I’m the only coffee drinker, as my Darling Husband doesn’t. I actually drink LESS coffee now that I have it, which is a good thing. I work from home, so back when I used a regular coffee maker I’d brew a whole pot and drink the entire thing myself over the course of the morning. Now, I will usually make myself 2 cups. Plus, in the afternoons or evenings and I can make a cup of decaf without a whole pot. I also use it to make a cup of hot tea, and hot chocolate (which my Darling Husband drinks as do my niece/nephew).
I just don’t get the point of the Keurig machines. Only coffee drinker in the house? Put on enough water and add enough coffee grounds for one serving instead of filling the whole pot (many, many, many coffee pots have serving sizes listed on or close to the pot itself). You’ll save money…the prices on the Keurig cups are ridiculous.
Hot chocolate, tea? Get an electric kettle.
The Keurig machines just seem like an opportunity to clutter up the house with yet another appliance. Obviously, there are many people out there who use them and like them, but I can’t justify $60 – $150 (the general price range I’m seeing) for this. To me, it’s like having a quesadilla maker, a waffle maker, etc. How many appliances can you have?
@CookieCreamCakes: Personal preference, and honestly it is so much easier with the Keurig and they have the filters where you can make your own instead of buying the k cups.
I have only used it twice, I bought it mostly because it was costing me $4-$5 a day to go to my fave coffee shop. I figured in the long run this would be cheaper.
We got one for Christmas last year and we love it. I use it to make tea and my husband uses it for coffee. We don’t buy the pods anymore and just use the my K-cup attachment to make our own blends. I love it!
