I went for my first fitting this week and asked my seamstress to add cups to my dress. It’s lace with a keyhole back and very little boning. The cups just seem so flimsey. Someone suggested I ask them to sew a bra I provide into the dress. Or wear that stick on gel bra from Victoria Secret. I also just noticed a longline low back bra on Davids Bridal that could possible work….but I’m not sure how low down the keyhole on my dress is. My next fitting is Aug 9 and I’m not sure what to do! I’m a c-cup, but with tight tops on (my dress is going to be fairly tight) I just look flat and I don’t want to look flat up top on my wedding day.
So brides, what bras are you wearing to make the girls look good?
*Edit* My dress is the Provinos Nacar…similar to the Maggie Bernadette

I’m bigger on top and the stick on bras work well with formal dresses I’ve had. They give great support.

I don’t remember the brand, maidenform maybe? But Kohl’s has a strapless, backless bra that has a wire– it’s basically a “3” shape with sticky dots on all the top points, so it stays, but it’s more comfortable than the full gel ones.

@juliette.eliza: Thanks! I looked up the Mayfair website and they have a few different style that I think will work and be more comfortable than those gel ones. I used to wear those gel chicken cutlet things all the time for work (former hooters girl!) and they make your boobs sweat so I can’t imagine that those gel stick on bras would be very pratical
