kearaaaaaa:  hey! Well done for doing your 3! What did you do?

Ahhh I have to say not really…however, I was in edinburgh yesterday and walked prob about 7 miles, does that count?? I am finding it super hard to find the time, (excuses excuses…) i leave for work at 7.20 and get home about 6, but I’m so tired when I get home, that I can’t be bothered going out and doing much. I am going to NYC (woop!) on Friday so will be doing lots of walking then…but not sure that counts as will also be doing lots of eating!

Once i am back from there, I will def try and get my exercise up.

how has your food been? Did you lose any weight? I lost 1.5 lbs so chuffed about that. Check in next sat with your 2 bits of exercise!!

kearaaaaaa:  I’ve been so bad this week. No exercise but I made sure SO and I ate home cooked meals every night. That is an accomplishment for us because he’s quick to order take out if it’s a rough day at work. But instead of exercising I was cooking every night. I wish there was more time in the day! Great job to everybody on keeping up the exercise!

kearaaaaaa:  Thanks girl!! I saw you were up a little this week. That’s still not terrible. It could have always been worse. And it least you know you still have to make changes. I’ve been able to eat lower calorie snacks which help me between meals, so I can have slightly smaller meals. Still diong good on the sweets thing too. People don’t even offer me candy or sweets like they used to. And if someone does, another person will say, “NO! She doesn’t eat sweets!” It happens daily lol.

I’m hoping for another successful week for us all! My weigh ins are on Thursdays so I’m not sure how everyone else does theirs.

kearaaaaaa:  How’s your progress coming? I’m down 10lbs exactly at my weigh in today! Only 9lbs from being in the healthy BMI range and 20 from my goal weight.

kearaaaaaa:  Thanks girl! I’ve been working hard and managing my calories. I just started the 30 day squat challenge as a bonus to what I do for workouts. I’m hoping I can get to a healthy BMI soon! I’m impatient, grrr.

Glad you didn’t gain weight! Gaining is so easy, so it’s a positive in that aspect that you maintained.

kearaaaaaa:  The squat challenge defintely is a challenge! I have noticed that I am able to do more squats in a row than I was able to a few days ago! I am on day 10 I believe, so 110 squats today! It a great added bonus to my workout routine.
