I need some help! A relative of mine recently got engaged and is looking to have a destination wedding for approx 50 people. The only catch is, approx 20-30 of the guests will be children, ranging from age 4-18. Something that is very important to the bride, groom and the parents of the children attending is that the children will be safe at the resort and be able to have a good time. If the kids are happy everyone is happy! A bunch of us recently traveled to the Beaches resort in Turks and Caicos, which everyone loved, but seems to be out of the budget at this time. Any suggestions for destination wedding locations that would be fun for kids?

We are staying at the Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana, DR for our honeymoon. It is kid friendly (they do have an adults only section for an upgrade) and all-inclusive! According to trip advisor, there are lots of weddings done there. Our honeymoon is fairly reasonable for what we are getting!

I got married at Sunset Beach Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica and it is a fabulous resort for kids! It is a very family oriented AND budget friendly resort. AND they do awesome weddings. I seriously loved my wedding there! I don’t think you can go wrong with it. The waterpark is best – it is pirate themed with a waterslide and other fun things for kids to do.

@Monkey786: Hi there, I’m looking at the same resort. Would you recommend it?
I’m also torn between having some ppl at the family resort and some at an all adult resort. It just seems like the all adult resorts are more upscale.
