Alot of people have asked if its ok to bring kids to the wedding/reception, to me it would feel so wrong not to include them.
im planning on borrowing a page from my cousins wedding and making a kid area they can CHOOSE to go to with color books, things to do etc.
Has anyone else done this? advice?
I am sure itll be noisy so it will be a bit away from the ceremony but right by the reception (both are at same site)

We couldn’t imagine not having kids at our wedding, especially since our 3 year old will be one of them :). We don’t have a lot of young kids coming to the wedding since most of our friends are looking forward to a childless evening out. We plan on putting fun stuff for them to do @ their seats like a books & maybe smoke small packs of Goldfish. I also want to put some blank place mats at their seat with some crayons so they can color and draw when they get bored.

Every single parent I’ve spoken with does not want to bring their children! I don’t think there is anything wrong with kids being there … but for some reason everyone in our group wants a night out with just adults!
My ring boy and even the flower girl are being taken home by their babysitters.
