I can’t stop laughing. My 4 yr old Nephew just told his 1 yr old little sister “Katie, you are like a hole in my balloon”. Any cute things you have heard kids say?? Please share!

Yes! They are so cute! My best friend is pregnant, so of course I had to tell my 5 year old son that he couldn’t jump all over her anymore like he use to do. The conversation went something like this:
Kid: Is it a boy baby or a girl baby?
Mom: We don’t know yet.
Kid: I hope it’s a human.
Mom: (snickering of course) I hope so too
Kid then sees best friend’s sonogram pictures.
Kid: I REALLY HOPE IT’S A HUMAN!!!!!
My 8 year old cousin (at the time) went around telling people that I look like that girl from High School Musical (Vanessa something) – I don’t, but it was cute!
My nephew is turning 5 soon (how the heck did that happen??) he’s the freakin’ cutest thing. One night I was babysitting him, and I went upstairs to tuck him in. When I was leaving the room he goes “Auntie BoPeep? When I’m older… can we lay on the bed and talk?” Lol it made my heart melt. I love how innocent and sweet kids are. 🙂
@MissBoPeep that is soooooo cute! I love those moments too.
One other thing my son said: “Mom, you look like two moms, an old mom and a young mom”. I asked him what he meant by that and he said in the mornings when you have on your robe you look like an old mom and at work you look like a young mom. Hmm…I’m not sure how I feel about that! Needless to say, I went and bought a less ratty houserobe!!
My sister is more of the smart-ellic type and when my 4 year old nephew does something bad she has a habit of saying “oh really???” Kind of like saying “I can’t beleive you just did that”. So one day my sister is eating in the living room(he is ONLY allowed to eat at the table) and guess what my nephew says?? “oh weally mommy?” I DIED laughing lol
My cousin’s 3-4 year old daughter threw a temper tantrum last Christmas because she didn’t like the gift that her aunt had given her (a hand painted cookie plate and mug to leave out for santa, they were giving her this on christmas eve).
She freaked out and said it was “stupid” and “i don’t LIKE IT”. Of course we were all cracking up while her parents are trying NOT to crack up because they don’t want to reinforce this. So her dad gets down on her level and tells her that she is being rude and has to say thank you. And she says NO. So he tells her that if she doesn’t say thank you then they are going to take all her presents and give them to orphans because being ungrateful is not okay.
She walks over to the aunt who gave her the gift and (with the sourest face I’ve ever seen on a 4 year old and bottom lip out to there) says “thank you. but i still DON’T LIKE IT.”
hahahahahaha
These are so funny. I found myself in facebook mode looking for a “like” option!
I am literally “IN LOVE” with my almost 2 year old nephew and almost 4 year old niece. I babysit a lot and get to enjoy a lot of heart melting moments. The other night I was putting her to bed and she asked to hear the Cinderella story. I start to tell her about how beautiful Cinderella looked and she turns to look at me and says, “YOU’re beautiful Auntie”… melt!!! The Best is when she looks at me and says…”I love you”. …. melt!
All of these are making my day!
My 4yr old nephew told my sister who he heard complaining how she needs to lose weight, “Mommy, I’m sorry you are fat” My sister acted like she was sad and crying after he said that so instead of an apology he just gave her a big hug and said “I’m sorry mommy but you are still fat” …..
And one more for the road: My sister was explaining to my 4 yr old nephew how big the world is, there are deserts covered in sand where Jasmin and Aladin live…my nephew stops for a second and says “oh, so you mean they live in Sandiego..” My sister asks, “why do you say that?” He says “you know, SANDY-iego”. I love kids!
My 2 1/2 year old nephew and his dad’s conversation.
Dad: Hey buddy can I have a fruit snack?
Son: No, Daddy
Dad: You know, when you love somebody sometimes you share your fruit snacks with them…
Son: You know daddy sometimes when you love your fruitsnack, you don’t share them.
How can you mess with that logic?!
