@Anonmousbee:  Yikes.  What a handful.  What has your Fiance said about her?

WOW, she’s not 18 yet and she’s sending naked pictures? Umm, childporn?!? Maybe it’s just the immature side of me but I’d call the cops on her slutty ass, because then she can’t hit on your fiance from prison!

I don’t mean to be snarky, but what profession does your Fiance have where he is working day in, day out with 17 year olds?

And you really must be a better person than me, because if anyone was hitting on my Fiance and insinuating that they’re “legal” for sex in a week then I’d call her out SO FAST haha.

But knee-jerk reactions aside, if I found any evidence that inappropriate things were going on (calls, texts, touching, etc) I would think about sending her either a letter or an email about proper boundaries and respect for coworkers and relationships, and requesting her to respect the boundaries. And I would ask Fiance to sign or send it too. I think it’s an adult enough reaction!

@Anonmousbee:  I understand. And yeah, they probably would. When I worked in retail there was a “cute manager” too, and all the girls liked to hit on him. I had a boyfriend and more than an ounce of self respect, so I didn’t, but UGH the way he’d feed into it and reciprocate would make me sick to my stomach. He was married too. That’s not to say I think that’s what your Fiance is doing, but the girl probably loves the male attention she gets, no matter where she gets it from.

If she works under him, and he is a manager, maybe have him sit her down in a very official meeting along with HR or a regional manager and discuss inappropriate work relations. If he makes her think she could be fired over this, maybe she’ll straighten up!

@Anonmousbee:  I would let it slide.  I think your Fiance will be able to handle the situation.  He is the manager so if things got too out of hand, he’d have to follow policy really.
