channel your thoughts into positive energy! i feel bad about my weight sometimes, I think it’s normal for all of us girls to have body image issues. If it’s important to you, then make fitness a priority. I have found that working out actually boosts my energy levels, you just have to get started. good luck!

I know how you feel :/ Don’t focus on the working out right now…try to figure out where you can change up your diet and that makes a big difference…try to find time in the morning, at lunch, or evening to walk maybe

If your always tired maybe your nutritional sufficient or need a vitamin boost. I gained a lot of weight and when I saw my naturopath I had a bunch of food intolerance and I was B12 defincient. A quick shot gave me the energy I never thought existed and a change in diet made me loose 40 pounds in 2 months while eating a 1/4 pound of bacon daily. My vote is take care of your entire body. We try to take 7km walks and it has not only helped us with our physical activity but also encourages us to eat health and has really helped our relationship due to our communication.

If you suffer from fatigue, are gaining weight, and are experiencing depression, have you had your thyroid checked? THose are all red flags. Have you noticed your hair shedding more than normal, or had irregular periods (that is masked if you are on birth control pills).

:/ have you tried uping your water intake? whenever i get my 8 glasses a day i efel so much more energy and i find it way easier to lose weight.

@MrsDulce:  I got the shot maybe twice but just take a supplement now (sublingual).
