@jessiemaims:  I was very happy with my dress in the end and my husband loved how I looked which is what mattered 🙂

Wow!

I have been lurking here a few months, but this post pushed me over the edge to finally join just so I could comment that your dress is gorgeous. I do not care much for wedding dress fashions these days, but WOW!!! I love your dress! And you look fabulously beautiful in it.  The sleeves are especially nice and look perfect on you. 🙂

@jessiemaims:  ah, that is beautiful and seems to suit you perfectly.lty. So, it’s a lovely dress, you will look lovely on your wedding day, and that is all as it should be.

But keeping it in perpective it’s not about Perfection with a capital P and you would not die if the dress was not Perfect.

@jessiemaims:  He was actually really nice and quiet. My Fiance asked for his autograph and it was really cute! He is a super nice guy

OMG. I love your version of the Full Metal Jacket mantra.

[More importantly, I love that you know the Full Metal Jacket mantra. That movie is AWESOME]

@AirForceWife78:  I never had that gushing “this is the dress I can’t live without” say yes to the dress moment, with 10 of my closest people there with me.

Same. I was going to wear my grandma’s dress, but still wanted the experience, so I grabbed my Future Mother-In-Law and a bridesmaid and we went shopping. I fell in like with a dress and had to then fight with Future Mother-In-Law because she wanted to pay for it (I was just going to leave). When we told the consultant we wanted that dress, I was like, “Am I supposed to cry? I don’t feel like crying.”
