Dear Fellow Brides,
I am currently on the hunt for that perfect dream wedding dress. I have at the moment, tried on about 35 and still haven’t gotten “that feeling”. I can’t decide if it’s because I just don’t want to stop trying on dresses or really am that indecisive in general. So I need some advice –
Has anyone on here gone to Kleinfeld’s with a budget of about $1,500? I don’t want to waste thre trip (about 2+ hours) but would love to see if my dress exists in their shop!
Thanks for your help!

@noel.kirkner9: maybe you should look into when they are having the “Massive Blow-out Sale”. I think if you go then you could probably get an amazing deal!

@noel.kirkner9: I didn’t get my dress there, but I did get an email this morning from them that their Blowout sale is May 1st. May be worth a shot 🙂

Call and ask. Salons in my area were very up front about whether I could find a dress in my budget in their salon.

@noel.kirkner9: My friend went there and got her dress for about that price. It was a gorgeous dress too!

I went, and my budget was around $2000, on a sample sale day, and the first dress my consultant pulled for me was $2600. The second was over budget as well. If I wanted a lot of embellishments or bling, I would have understood, but I only wanted something simple and flowy. It is really not the best place for brides on a budget, in my opinion.
I ended up finding my dress at RK Bridal, and they had a HUGE selection of lovely dresses well under my budget. I would definitely check them out if you haven’t already, but go on a weekday morning if at all possible. They don’t take appts, and the weekends are supposed to be crazy.

I haven’t been there but from watching the show and seeing other brides with a similar budget the consultants seemed to hint that their stock was somewhat limited in that price range. I think $1,500 is the lowest end for their prices so you might find yourself being presented with dresses that are above your price range.

Honestly, I don’t think Kleinfelds can do much on a 1500 budget. I went in there saying my budget was 2k and they started putting me in 2.5k dresses with 1k belts and 1.2k veils. The blow out sale may be worth a try and if you do make the trip plan on checking out a couple other places (like RK) to make it worth your while.
