 hello,

i’m new here but i liked to share my experince with you all.

i’m about to order 4 dresses from Jasmine’s and so far i’m so happy with my experience  with them. they are very helpful and answering my questions in details an giving me suggestions too.

and one of the dresses i will order is not from there website !! my Mum found it in a different website but she liked it so much so i asked Lisa (from Jasmine’s team) if the can make it for her and they where more than happy to do so.

but my only concern (so far ) is if i want to rush the order, i mean get it earlier than 9 weeks does that will effect the quality of the dress or not ?anyone has tried to rush the order please help me out here !!

its for my best friend wedding and the have changed the date and make it 1 month earlier !!

To all the ladies who ordered their wedding gowns from Jasmine Bridal did you have to dry clean it when it came in? My dress is in mid production and I’ve heard that it comes in a small package. I just want to know what to expect when my dress arrives so I can be prepared for my big day. Thanks

Hi Bees,

I got married on June 2, 2012 and had the biggest mental break down of my life.  I ordered the Vera Wang Gemma dress with upgrades to fabric and quality, ended up paying $1800.  I was terribly disappointed in both.

This is aWARNING to all BRIDES!!!

Do NOT buy any products from Jasmine’s Bridal Shop (http://jasminesbridalshop.com/) unless you want to be severely disappointed.  They outsource the dresses to factories inChinaso the company does not see the dresses in person, they are just the middle man out to make a big cut.  There are absolutely NO guarantees and they can not back up any claims of quality.

Even if you have many pictures to show them, it will result to a terrible product for the following reasons.  When upgrading to designer quality construction and fabric, it costs twice as much but there is actually NO difference to the lower grade.  Construction and fabric is immediately visibly poor.  For example, sewing of the bust line is uneven (one side pointed and higher then the other), inner lining bulges out and is visible on the outside, slit on the bottom of a dress is crooked, fabric looks like plastic, and if there is any sequins on the dress it will not be secured (loose thread ends will be sticking out and sequins will all fall out).

Please avoid the hassle and wasting money on this company. I ended up buying another dress from a shop in Canada that was 10X better for half the price.

Your dress looks beautiful, Aussiemum! I was just wondering if you are planning to buy your daughter’s dress through Jasmine’s as well?

I have had a look at the site and the dresses look gorgeous but I’d love to see another Australian’s point of view on them πŸ™‚

@Aussiemum:  Both your dress and your daughter’s wedding dress look beautiful!  I’m excited to see your daughter’s dress once it’s all beaded.  πŸ™‚

It’s posts like yours that encouraged me to take the plunge and purchase from Jasmine’s this week, so thank you!
