Attatched are pictures of my dress in Oyster. I loved the dress. It was very easy to wear even on a hot day. I added a crystal belt which really made the dress!!

@erinnej:  I am also glad to hear that you weren’t too hot in the dress either!  My wedding is outside in June, and everytime I try it on, I feel like I get really hot, so I was starting to get really worried that I would be sweating bullets all day!

I’m wearing the same dress in oyster for my September 3 wedding and can’t decide on any of the accessories!  I’m not sure if I want to do a statement necklace/small earrings or big earrings/no necklace.  I’m thinking hair up and to one side with a crystal or live flower, but can’t decide.

If I go with a statement necklace, I think this is the one:

Anyone have ideas for shoes?

This time, the upload was fine.

Just  few to see the earrings and the general appeal. Colours change a bit to brighter shade from the resizing, the roses are very pale pink, almost white in reality.

I saw now, that strangely I do not have an up front picture on my own to see the full appeal of the dress. We are making an after photo season in few weeks, so will correct that and few more shots, which I’d like to make

@redsangria:

If I had the chance to do it all over again, I would had used real flowers for the ceremonies and then change them with chrystal hairpins at the reception.

I was with orchids(they sprayed something to keep them fresh), but our customs is first civil ceremony and then the church one till we did the photo session it was about 5 hours since I had put them and they were already dry.

It was a sunny day of about 80 degrees, so imagin how fast they would die if it is really hot.

I have the fanal in Oyster and can’t decide between gold and silver accessories.  I think gold might be better, but I took my dress in for alterations and don’t have any fabric swatches to use to really compare!

These are the earrings I found, available in both gold and silver:

And these are the shoes, also in gold and silver:

@lor_nn:  thanks for the flower info!  Your hair looks beautiful with the orchids!  I’ve also been looking at crystal hair combs, which is probably what I will end up going with.  We’re having a legal ceremony a month before, so I’m trying to find accessories that will go with both dresses.

YAY! So the day came and went and it was wonderful and more than I had ever hoped for.  Here is how I accesorized the dress. No necklace or bracelet.  A cathedral length veil and dangle earrings with a GORGEOUS saison blanche belt.  The belt and earrings got tons of compliments!!! I know that it all seems so important but just relax, go with the flow and enjoy your day!

Oh another note.  My wedding day happened to be the hottest day of the year (so far) in KC (of course!) the dress was suprisingly not very hot to wear.  I did wear spandex shorts though so that my legs would ot rub together and I think that made all the difference in the world.

Hi all,

I’m all so very new to this… but I’m in quite a dilemna.

I am caught between 2 very different dresses… Martina Liana 377 or the lovely Fanal in oyster.

Could I get some real honest opinions on how it looks on me?

Also, go with the belt or no belt?

@di0rme:

It looks amazing, but I’m biased because that is my dress too. And I like the belt, it makes your waist look tiny! Love it.

@di0rme:

Wow with a body of yours I would have chosen the Fanal!

Don’t know the other dress for sure, google shows a dress with quite opulant skirt and is too much for my taste!

P.S Just out of curiosity, how much does a Fanal dress cost in US? Here it is around 1 200 Euro.
