2ct vs1 I colour – have had the stone since August. For me the ethics & environmental impact were what led me to a lab diamond! The manufacturer we bought from (Vrai) uses sustainable energy in California for production.

Hope this helps with what you were looking for!

@Irish2014:  Hi Irish2014, i has it made by the company I bought the lab diamond from. (I’m in Ireland so not many options for lab diamonds here at the mo!)

it was a company called labgrowndiamondco, that I came across on IG and took a chance and I am delighted with how it turned out. They are based in India but were brilliant to work with, answered all questions and the diamond is certified (which I had checked here when I got the ring) I am working with them now to do a band to match.

@nous2:  gladly! Here is some fairly warm interior light. Also just a side note, I found while shopping that the face up measurements of ovals varied greatly even for the same carat size. So it helps to know the actual dimensions – mine is 10.18×7.25×4.3 for reference 🙂

We haven’t settled on buying one yet but I tried on multiple 3/4 ct lab diamonds over the past week and they were gorgeous!! We are still looking into Moissanite but I have small fingers (size 4 apparently) and Moissanites are hard to find under a full carat. I’m NOT into mined diamonds so the lab diamonds seemed like a great middle road and absolutely stunning of course! We may still go with one for me.
