KBelle12:  I had a playlist compiled (I’ll list some of the songs I liked below) but we ended up just using Pandora, I forget what station it was. For me, it didn’t really matter what the music was, just that there WAS music. You could try Enya or Thievery Corporation or just type in Deep Relaxation or something and see if Pandora has a station you like. Ok, here’s some of the songs I liked (we did listen to some of them on our 40 minute drive to the birth center). Best of luck to you!

Elephant Revival-Sing to the Mountain

Forest Sun-Queen Anne’s Lace

Deb Talan-Rocks and Water

Paul Simon-Born at the Right Time

Rusted Root-Faith I Do Believe

Gregory Isaac Asimov- The Stable Song

KBelle12:  My birth hospital actually has a TV station that just plays relaxing music, so I’m just planning in using hat. It I find time, I may make a playlist of more upbeat, happy, positive songs that I like to try to distract myself.

Darling Husband put Enya on my playlist as a joke.  I ended up laboring to it for 30+ hours.  Poor Darling Husband.
