this may sounds more intensive, but have you considered finding a seamstress and having one made locally?
My mom, who is pretty decent at sewing, but no professional, is making mine. This way you would get a perfect fit…if you called around, found someone, it probably wouldn’t take more than a couple days for them to whip one out. AND….then you could pick exactly what it looks 🙂

also there was a thread on here somewhere where the bride ordered from the above named company , got the wrong size…had to pay that fee, so unless you are sure of your measurements and trust their measurements are right on, I would skip it.

 

I’d look for somewhere on ebay too, if the having it made idea doesn’t work. Those are usually already made and ready to ship if you find an american company.
