I’m having a hard time with this– I’ve attached pictures of my dress and my shoes. Do they go together? My BM’s are wearing gray dresses with orange satin shoes, and originally, I thought I was going to do orange satin shoes with them. But then I thought “how many times do you get to wear white shoes in your life?” so I went with white ones. When I saw these, I fell in love… But now I’m wondering if the glitter is too harsh for the delicateness of the lace. What do you all think? I know the glitter looks like sprinkles in the pictures, but I swear they are glittery in person. Haha.

Yes 🙂 They are beautiful shoes and compliment your delicate dress!

Looks fine to me. A lot of brides wear glitter or strassed shoes with their dress.

@eda6713: Your shoes match the dress, I don’t think there is any rule in bridal fashion that states you have to wear shoes that match your dress! LOL 🙂 I am wearing navy blue shoes with my ivory/champagne colored wedding dress. Go for it! 🙂 Love the delicate look of lace of your dress…classic.

I think they go great! I’m also wearing a lace dress and glittery shoes 🙂

Thanks, ladies! My seamstress didn’t seem too thrilled with them, because the lace kept getting stuck on the glitter. But I think that’s because it was flipped under and pinned, otherwise the satin layer under the lace would touch the shoes first.
