1,000 +; If I could go back, I would look for a used dress.

the chepeast bermeo model I can find is 1500. But other models are less expensive. Like Pergola are around 1250…. I am sure you can find a nice model.

@MlleFabuleux:  Thank you for the compliment! This was last July when I bought the dress. I cannot wait to do alterations and get my fresh dress fitted to my body.

I agree there are some Mori Lee ones that are very pretty and look like they are good quality.

I got the Marisa 898 style gown with added lace keyhole neck for $3500.  Definitely more expensive for Chantilly lace but I clearly agree with you that it’s a gorgeous look.  I loved a Pronovias too and ended up going with the Marisa instead.

Mine is the Augusta Jones Jessie. It’s a gorgeous cream colored lace with really intricate beading all throughout (crystal beads, tiny pearls, etc.). The dress was $3000 but the alterations are costing me over $1000! The thing with lace, especially beaded lace, is that the alterations are very tricky and expensive. I’m also doing a shape change and a ton of other stuff so that’s why it was so pricey for alterations.

And here’s a close up of the lace

This is what the dress is looking like now with the shape change
