This would’ve been my dress if I had the budget and the back for it:  http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=R1071  (the shoulder strap is removable)

Just stunning.

UPDATE:  Anjolique has some incredible lace dresses as well.  My final choice didn’t have as much lace as the Catarina I linked above, but it also has a flower at the waist and probably fits most of your criteria (and for less than half the Enzoani):  http://www.maggiesottero.com/dress.aspx?style=J1367

Find a salon that carries Marisa dresses. She has a ton like that, but she doesn’t advertize in magazines or online, so you can’t preshop. (PS that keeps costs down so you get more dress for your money!)

I wore Maggie sottero’s Bernadette. It’s all lace fit and flare and had a sweetheart neckline but has a keyhole back rather than deep v.

bullock and birnbaum’s Julia has a lovely deep v in the back but I don’t have a real bride pic of that one

Allure 8764. Satin slip with a deep v back. Lace overlay and a keyhole. Sexy but classy:) you can see some skin through it:) I got white! This is ivory and I will be adding a mermaid slip under

I had my lace dress made in Vietnam, I was in love with 2 designs and combined them I was so please with the results and the price only $850. I can post a pic if you want.

Good luck with your dress hunting I think lace is very classy and timeless.
