Hi Bees! I need your help!
I would really like some sort of lace sleeve or pocketfold for my invitations. I don’t want to spend a ton of money- any suggestions on how to DIY or semi DIY this idea?
Inspiration pics?

I’m on my phone so no pics, but for our save the dates, I sliced off the ends of a paper doily and wrapped it around our card/magnet. Then I tied thin jute in a petite bow to finish everything off. Maybe something like that?

I wrapped lace doilies around my invitation. They were super easy and the effect was very striking.

The invites were 5×7 and the doilies were 10″ square.
You will probably want to tie some ribbon or string around them or they won’t stay closed. Also make sure you purchase envelopes that are a little larger.

@louisianablue: Very pretty! I love the effect.
We used the Paper Lace cartridge with the Cricut for our invites and cut out an overlay. Held together with a ribbon and wax seal.

Still at a loss about what to do! Thinking about getting a lace edge puncher and doing a traditional folding invite!
