I’m loving the taffeta on you. You just look utterly right in it!

Lace trumpet all the way.  Its classic and gives you a great figure.

    Sunds like you;ve already made your decision πŸ™‚ . . .

But I’m on team lace – I don’t find it matronly in the least; it shows off your figure much better and has unique styling details. The taffeta is very lovely as well, but IMO a bit boring – it seems to be the kind of thing that everyone chooses now, strapless and lots of ruching.

You will be a gorgeous bride in either gown!

@cranraspberry:  That’s the whole point of these polls! Even if you disagree with most of the feedback that’s because your heart truly knows. Enjoy your wedding day – you will be a beautiful bride.

@cranraspberry:  The lace by a mile and a half. It looks so elegant and really just stunning on you. In my opinion taffeta just looks wrinkly (yes, I know it would be steamed) and blah.

@cranraspberry that is exactly how I feel about the bodice of my dress, it also has diagonal ruching but it is satin, I love love love tafetta and really wanted a tafetta dress but my satin one found me first, I still get a flutter of when I see a beautifull tafetta dress though πŸ™‚

i think the lace dress makes you look old. maybe if you took the sleeves off or something itd be better. i think you look waaaaay better in the taffeta dress. its extremely flattering!

@cranraspberry:  Haha – love this thread.. I did vote for the lace dress because I think it looks totally gorgeous on you, but the second dress was beautiful too! You have a great figure and will be a stunning bride, no matter which dress you choose (which we all know you want to be dress #2!!)  πŸ™‚
