Ummm…I think it depends on the dress. My dress is a lace up, but I’m supposed to tuck the ribbon into the dress once it’s tied.

With my dress there was a modesty panel but it was not attached all of the way around. We simply double knotted the lace and tucked it in. Someone (can’t remember who) had the job of reaching up under my dress and making sure that it was pulled down all of the way. To my knowledge you should be able to tuck the knot with any corset-back dress. It’s simply a matter of preference – some brides like the look so they keep it out. I didn’t so I tucked.

I think they’re all made that way – you can choose to have it hang out or tuck it in.

All of the dresses are made the same all you need to do to make it so the string doesnt hang is put it in your dress instead of outside your dress 🙂
