I emailed our reception venue on 8/15, wedding is 10/15/11. We originally met with her a year ago, when we were in town. I figured 2 months out would be a good time to go over everything. I emailed her a pretty detailed sheet going over everything, she replied back saying everything looked fine but would go over her notes. That she would get back to me in 1 to 2 days. Those days passed and I wanted a full week. Sent another email just asking if she had time to look over her notes and to see if she had any questions. Again no response, waited a few days and called her.
She claims she sent a reply email with an event sheet attached, I figured it may have gone into my spam. I added her email address to my contacts to make sure it didn’t happen again. According to her, she was going to send it again later that afternoon.
Again no response for 2 days. Went another route and faxed her a letter that basically stated apparently I’m not getting her emails and if she could fax it to me as well as giving her an alternative email address.
3 more days pass… no response. Not even a phone call.
Do I just sit back and relax and give her time, or should I pressure her with a phone call.
It’s not a busy venue, it’s a small cafe that has a private room.
