Ok, question- If green tea increases EWCM does it still increase to signal ovulation or is it just a copious amount all the time?

@Ree723:  Good to know!  Thanks! Let’s hope I don’t have to do a second cycle with it though πŸ™‚

I’m also using Preseed so maybe that will take care of the dryness.  Looking back at my notes the past 8 months, I noticed I was getting EWCM for 2-3 days after O day.  Now that I’m temping and realizing my O signs might be a bit off, I think I can time it a bit better.  Here’s hoping anyhow.

@JHoller – haha you won’t get kicked off – it’s cool.  You’re just trying to help.  Plus, I don’t think there’s anything that says a cup of green tea will do any harm to general health, so why not drink up?

@penguinsaremyfriends: GOOD QUESTION! i’d love to know an answer to that…because EWCM is my main signal for O day…I wouldn’t want green tea to throw that off

I posted this elsewhere but I think I put it in the wrong spot :-/ oops. I wish I knew how to delete. So I’m going to post it here.

I’m new.. to everything. My husband (now 31) and I (28) have been married for 2 1/2 years and I just stopped taking Seasonique at the end of August. All I’ve had so far is the end-of-birth-control period but I’m ready to TTC. Technically though, according to my husband, we’re just not not trying, but he knows it’s pretty much all up to me so he’s just along for the ride I guess. He’s ready and willing to do the BD lol (just learned that one from the acronyms page.)

I always had normal periods before birth control so I’m sort of hoping this will be easy and I’ll get pregnant right away. I’ve never paid attention to when I ovulate but I think I might have last week, and we “tried” about 9 times in one week (I had a lot more libido than normal, that was my only symptom of ovulating that I noticed) so maybe I am pregnant right now, but I doubt it. I’ve been sort of bloaty and nauseous and had a weird headache but I feel like it would be too soon for any symptoms. I keep having weird dreams, probably because I’m obsessing about it (already.) After reading everyone’s posts about infertility issues, it makes me nervous…

I had a funny dream last night actually. I dreamed that since I haven’t ovulated in 3 years while on birth control, that the egg I released was old and wrinkly and I got pregnant and gave birth to an old wrinkly baby like Benjamin Button. lol. Anyway… I look forward to hearing about more of your BFP’s and hopefully will be able to report mine sooner rather than later!

@Beth599: Hey Beth, welcome!!! πŸ™‚

I had to have a giggle at your Benjamin Button dream – I reckon I must have shrivelled up old eggs as well, so I’m right there with you.

Everyone is super nice over here, so I hope you’ll stick around and update us on everything.
