I love my heartrate monitor (a garmin FR60) and myfitnesspal. My hr monitor tracks my calories and workouts for walks, runs, spinning, elliptical, treadmill, whatever and it’s so cool to have a nice graph to see my progress.

Just wanted to say again if anyone doesn’t have a lot of time try T25! I absolutely love it. I have always been athletic but never looked super fit, just average. I also have a 16 month old. I love the results! I do also run 3 to 4 times a week in addition sometimes less depending on time (busy mom here). I also try to eat healthy but am NOT on a strict diet and cheat far more than I should. I like snacks….If I stood on a diet or followed the fitness plan I’m sure I could look better but I’m not really trying to be a body builder or anything. I will probably try to improve and tighten up more for my wedding but here is a picture of how I look now. I currently do the gamma phase with running. I think I will be making a post about my results. I HATE doing stuff like this but I feel like its been so great for me and I want other bees to see what it can do for them too! 🙂 

(Also I am not a coach, just downloaded the videos and did them)

 

Sorry not the best pic quality. Need to take better results pics with my camera and compare to start pics. My phone camera has been having issues.
