MemberJust thought it would be interesting to find out how many women are with men that are younger compared to older or the same age. My husband is 6 years older than me.
MemberFiance is 17 years older, but honestly we rarely even notice the age gap.

MemberHe’s 6 years younger but much more mature than his age and I’m a little less mature than my age so I think it balances out lol. Anybody who didn’t already know is shocked when they find out. You would never know unless told.
MemberDH is just shy of 5 years older than me. I don’t even notice the difference and tend to forget about it. Like when he says someone is about his age, I think “Oh, so they’re mid 20s” not early 30s.
MemberMy SO is three years and three months older than me. I usually dated guys who are a few years older than me (right now I’m setting the maximum at 5-6 years older, I could never date a guy who’s close to my father’s age), but as I get older, I probably wouldn’t mind to date a younger guy either.
MemberMy Fiance is 6 months older than me and we were born within the same calendar year.
MemberFiance and I went to high school together, we are a month and a half apart. My brother and his ex were 15 years apart (she was younger), age didn’t play a role in their relationship, she was much more mature and responsible than her age would suggest.
Member13 years older. we dont really notice until one or the other says something like “do you remember when…” and turn out either I was still at school and too young to know or he was working and too old to care lol

MemberHe’s 10 years older than I am. The only time we noticed the difference was in pop culture references to our respective teenage years, so we experienced each other’s favorite songs, movies, and TV shows. Now, it only happens if we find old pictures (like his prom picture… his date actually had a not-awful late 80s/early 90s dress and nicely-done “big hair”, but he had a curly mullet!!)
MemberI am 7 years older than him! You wouldn’t even know the difference! He’s an old soul! I always get told I don’t look my age (39) so it all balances out! Nonetheless I don’t care because we love one another and that’s all that should matter. Age is just a number!
MemberAll of the women in my immediate family were cougars except my mother.
My DDILs and I are each a little less than a year older than our husbands, and my Mother-In-Law was almost TEN years older than my Father-In-Law. She lied unsuccessfully about her age as long as I knew her.
MemberMy Fiance is 18 years older than me. It isn’t an issue at all. Like a PP mentioned sometimes pop culture references from when we in high school come up and we just laugh it off. 🙂
