Here’s mine. The wedding band has moissanites too. I have a couple of diamond rings already, but would like a vintage diamond solitaire one day, I wouldn’t buy them new now though as I am more ethically minded now I’m older. Just my view though.

jonasbutterfly :  here is my F1 cushion cut Moissy it’s a 1.4ct and it is my forever stone I never plan on getting a diamond or even a moissy upgrade. Just Moissy anniversary bands for like 10 year, 20 year marks. Moissy is a great choice and the avg person honestly assume it’s a diamond or has enough tact to not ask. BUT moissy does not quite perform like a diamond meaning it reflects more colors, so perhaps a high quality CZ Like an ASHA would be a better fit if you want something that absolutely looks like a diamond. Moissy is not a stimulant it’s its own gem so no need to upgrade as it will not loose its brilliance or shine and will not cloud over time like simulants. Moissy is such a beautiful and durable  stone and will last a lifetime so you may find you don’t want to replace it.

No plans to “upgrade” Moissanite was my first choice 🙂

Here’s mine! It’s a 1 ct equivalent H&A from MoCo in 14k rose gold. I have ZERO interest in ever “upgrading” to a diamond because a diamond was never my goal. I knew from a pretty young age that I either wanted a peachy morganite or other gemstone. When it came time to actually pick a ring I went with moissanite for its sparkle and durability (the cost was a nice bonus as well).

I dont have mine yet but we picked it together from MoissaniteCo and i will not be upgrading to a diamond. I never cared for diamonds and when i saw a moissanite i knew it was a stone for me 🙂

Now i just wait for the official question 😊

I have diamond, Moissanite, and sapphire sets. I like being able to switch it up. But I wear this one, ACC Moisanite most and it is definitely my favorite!

My Stone was bought loose from Harro Gem. Then my setting was made by another jeweler. If I were to upgrade it wouldn’t be because I’m unhappy with my moissy. I love it! I also own diamonds and love them equally. In all honesty if I were to upgrade or change my center stone, it would most likely be another moissy!

I love my moissy. It’s a moissaniteco brand 7mm round. It sparkles like mad. I don’t really plan on upgrading but I do plan on getting another set, or two..lol. I really also want an emerald cut and a pear. Probably for anniversaries and such. I wouldn’t call what I want upgrades, just more options. I have a smaller diamond set and won’t bother buying another diamond after I got this. I can get so many options and still love the stone so why bother?

Sorry for the huge picture I can’t figure out how to make it small. This is a forever brilliant ring. I have been married for almost 10 years and I will be getting a new ring soon because this one is super uncomfortable.  My fingers never stop swelling after my second pregnancy and the band is very thick and heavy. But my new ring will be moissanite too.  I’m not sure if I will ever buy a diamond. I have concerns about the ethical issues and also I like large stones,  and I don’t know if we will ever have enough money at that I can justify spending $20,000 for a large diamond.
