I have no idea… 😉

But I will make sure to have my Maid/Matron of Honor close by all day. She makes me feel better.

I’m going to try to relax as much as possible in the week leading up to my wedding. I’m also going to try to get myself excited enough that I’m not worrying about anything going wrong! And I also know that I have a ton of people to handle anything that does go wrong, so I don’t even have to think about it.

my bridesmaid had a xanex waiting, just in case. I think just knowing it was there if I needed it, gave me a lot of comfort. I have mild to moderate anxiety on a good day, and the day before the wedding I was a little crazy but oddly enough, on the actual wedding day, I felt really calm and focused and ended up not needing anything at all.

I have anxiety issues, but my maintnance meds and good planning kept me from spazzing.  I had xanax, but I didn’t need it, thank goodness!  It tends to give me some amnesia, so I really really really didn’t want to take it on our wedding day!

I might have to get some xanax beforehand just in case but I’m really just going to try to keep myself calm. I know that I am going to freak out at some point but I’m hoping the wedding day will be more relaxed.

Xanax and some wine. (Um, probably just one or the other, not both…lol)

I’m going to have some of my anxiety medications in my little purse.  Most of the time, if I know I have them nearby I don’t end up needing them.  I run into trouble when I don’t have any around and then feel like I need it and my anxiety just spirals from there.

I think I’ll be more excited than anxious if anything.  And after the ceremony, I’m hoping I’ll be fine.  I guess I find out next Sunday!Laughing
