oh boy, I’m down to 28 days!!! how did this happen? We’ve been engaged for just over a year, and now it feels like it went by so fast!
we’ve got SO much left to do, but we are aiming to have all the crafty, DIY stuff finished by July 20 or so so we’re not scrambling last minute with that stuff.
i’ve just got to stop myself from panicking over all the bills due (ack! $$!)
i want to be able to enjoy every minute of the days with family, the actual wedding (four hours is going to be like a blink of an eye!), and then our three day honeymoon. maybe even… relax? is this possible? Lol!

I had a slight stress moment a few days ago when I had to look something up on the calender on my computer and only had to push the ‘next’ button once to find our wedding month.
But I’m so excited I can’t wait. A friend of mine got married last weekend and although I have lots to do before our weeding, I was a bit jealous that her day was already here.
I have to finish the reception playlist
find shoes for Fiance and Dirty Delete
talk to our musicians
make my veil
crochet bouts for Fiance, Future Father-In-Law and my dad
decide on hairstyle and makeup and if I want to DIY or get someone to do if for me.

@angela85: aww! me too! I was Maid/Matron of Honor in my friend’s wedding and was completely tearing up. Everytime I stole a look at Fiance it was like “Thats gonna be us”…
Thanks for the reminder-totally forgot about shoes for my D! 🙂

I still have to
-Get my marriage license
-Get my teeth cleaned (not looking foward to this, but it needs done!!)
-Do my hair trial
-Buy some makeup?
-Do seating charts
-Figure out how to make a program
-Figure out what I want to do with my bouquet (I keep changing my mind!)
-Have a meeting with the photog
-Buy my bridesmaids gifts
-Obtain luggage for honeymoon
-Gather family pics and put in frames
-Make escort cards
– Buy a dress for my shower and an outfit for my bachlorette party
I have less than a month to go here, and I’ve hit the phase where I’m REALLY REALLY stressed. I hope I get it all done!
But I’m also really proud of what I have accomplished so far, and I’m getting to the point where I’m just eating up everybody’s wedding photos, cause I know that will soon be me!!!!

@NaraG: oh yeah, we need to practice our first dance a bit more too! haha…
Post # 16
Whoot Whoot!! We sat down last week with our pastor to go over the order of service and it seemed like just yesterday we had started out marriage counseling. Time flew by!
Monday I approve the programs, I don’t have any more patience to make them myself. I am going to add ribbon or something sparkly.
Wednesday my Maid/Matron of Honor and one Bridesmaid or Best Man fly in from Oklahoma. Thursday is my bustling appointment. Saturday is my bach party (YAY!!!)
A list of other stuff that needs to get done SOMETIME:
-hunt down people who haven’t send in their rsvp cards
-make seating chart, make place cards
meeting with photographer in two weeks
-Meet with DJ to finalize music details
-Get marriage license next Wednesday
-get under the dress essentials
-wrap bridal party gifts (need to get a few more individual gifts)
-buy parent gifts.
I think that’s all?
