@Pogi:  I don’t have a halo, nor do I have a ring that’s even half a karat. I do have a 7.5 finger though.  One thing I can tell you is that people make a big deal about how huge their hands are and whether stones will look right on them. Regular size stones look just fine. My ring does not look too small despite being less than a half carat – in fact I think it’s less than a quarter, never asked and mines a gemstone anyway. Whatever size you choose will be fine and in my personal opinion, bigger is not necessarily better just because it covers more finger. And I don’t mean that as a nose up to larger size rings, I realize mine is well below standard.

Have a look at, wont be able to add a halo but it gives an idea of what the centre stone will look like

Mines a 1.88ct center and the halo has different size diamonds from .06 to .25ct, ring size 7. I will also post my 4ct non halo round for size reference. Goodluck!

I have a size 7 with a 2.8 carat (10×8) morganite with a halo.

I thought it looked so huge at first and almost wanted to return it to get one the exact same but with a smaller stone. Now I love it.
