@sparkleeyes:  I really like it! I’m not a fan of larger princess cuts but the smaller ones are much prettier imo

sooo happy to see other rings that .50 or less! I was worried that there weren’t many other girls with smaller diamonds! I would have been happy with a colored gemstone, but my Fiance wanted my ring to have a diamond <3 mine’s a .50 center, with the wedding band, ctw is a little over 1.0 ct. Actually going to switch out some of the diamonds in the wedding bands for blue stones lol I have a size 8.5 ring if that helps!

Mine is .40 points exactly and I think its perfect for me and my husband ๐Ÿ™‚ I was a very lucky girl when we got officially engaged as he bought me a bigger stone, a half carat, but we actually ended up selling that one and keeping this original stone that he bought me in a commitment ring as it was smaller but better quality. He calls it our little piece of ice! This is the original stone re set as an anniversary/earl baby present –

0.54c… I do sometimes worry that it looks too small on my finger, but I still love it nontheless.. After all, it was a gift from the love of my life ๐Ÿ™‚

It’s so nice to see rings of a smiliar size. I love looking at the ring porn threads but I’d never have one like that. Mine is just right for me and I love it. My fiance did a great job all on his own. He went for cut, colour and clarity over carats (good man) Centre stone is .5 ish

Extreme close up ๐Ÿ™‚

@HeathenSwan:  Mine’s very similar to yours!

I had originally picked out this tiny diamond as an affordable ring for me and my partner (we were still in college when he proposed). But he wanted to do something a little more unique, and ended up proposing with a Snitch locket instead. ^_^

When his mom found out we were engaged, though, she immediately offered his grandmother’s wedding ring. It’s beautiful, and besides the family history, it matches my mother’s ring (but is a little bigger). I don’t even know the size (doesn’t matter to me) but I know it’s small compared to many people. So glad I’m not the only one sporting just a little sparkle!

And yes, I took this picture in my kitchen–it has the best light in the apartment.

Lovely rings, everyone!  Mine is a hand-me-down from my late mother, it’s the ring that my father proposed to her with.  Very simple and plain, just what I wanted ๐Ÿ˜›

Great thread with beautiful rings girls!! My ring did’t really fit in the other  “big ring” threads.  the centre stone is .54 and the side baguettes are 1/6. total .70. (the wedding band is .30ct) I love my ring and it’s sparkle… it’s the perfect size and ring for me!

Mine isn’t even a diamond, its silver & quartz and I think he paid $40 for it altogether. But its absolutely perfect for me and suits me well. I told him I would be mad if he spent a bunch of money on a ring when we could use that money towards much better things in our life. =)

I don’t have a photo to contribute but I just wanted to let you ladies know how lovely your rings are!

I love the look of a dainty stone – there’s something just so classy and timeless about a “small” diamond. Although I wouldn’t call any of these small – they look perfect to me!
