I’m going to bump this back up to the top, OP. I have a long torso (long enough that full coverage spanx stop about mid ribcage). Would love to see what others are wearing.

I have a long torso, I’m glad to see I’m not alone, it’s frustrating because every shirt I get I have to wear a tank top underneath because they are all so short. Not only that but I’m 5’9 and have normal length legs. Everyone thinks I have long legs but even regular size jeans are too long, if I go with the long my feet are drowning in them. But I love having a long torso despite all that.

Just picked her out not too long ago, we were behind in the dress shopping and I saw it on another bee and had to get it!

I have a long torso too! I went for a dropped waist fit and flare.

I always struggled a bit with my long torso. Tank tops are never long enough, and although I am small, any time I buy a leotard or one piece bathing suit, I have to get an extra large in order to fit the length of my torso.

Here’s my beauty:

I have a pretty long torso. I wanted to kinda cover it up so my dress flares out a little with some details to cover it up.

Another bride with a long torso here. I wore a mermaid with an empire waist. I have no idea what ‘fits’ a long torso-ed bride but that was the dress for me.

Whoops forgot that I did wear a natural waisted A-line as well at my city reception so I don’t think long torso-ed girls are limited to a certain kind of dress:

I’m 5’6″ with a very long torso and really short, dumpy legs.  One of my bridesmaids is 6′ and the whole of my legs more or less go up to her knees as she’s long legged and has a short torso Smile

I’ve got a mermaid dress because I think it accentuates my shape in a way which makes me feel confident about my body.  No pics though I’m afraid!
