Working out will help with water weight if you’re bloated/puffy. Also drink tons of water and avoid salt.

I generally am pretty even tempered during shark week since I’m on hormonal birth control.

You poor thing! I feel you – I would recommend exercise & have you tried yoga?? I find it incredibly soothing ๐Ÿ™‚ Try doing some things for yourself, whether it be going to the beach, shopping, go for a run, read a book ect

@aokay:  Ahh! I so know how you feel. I get pimply, bloated and moody when I’m PMS-ing and even more impatient than usual. So picture me, all gross and teary pestering SO about wedding-y things ๐Ÿ˜›

 

I’d avoid wedding-y things. I teared up looking at a proposal story and got all weepy the other day :-s so take a walk, have a coffee or do your nails (hey, getting engaged could happen when you aren’t expecting it so it doesn’t hurt to have awesome nails!) ๐Ÿ™‚
